Our Center’s research is geared toward understanding the intricate relationship between plant life and atmospheric dynamics. We focus on developing resilient plant varieties capable of withstanding extreme weather patterns while sequestering carbon more efficiently. By unraveling the genetic basis of plant resilience, we aim to contribute to carbon-neutral practices that can mitigate the adverse effects of global warming.

To ensure an ample food supply, it is crucial that our crops are able to endure the extreme weather patterns resulting from climate change. And we have no time to lose.
