We are very proud that seven of our group leaders are in the 2020 list of ‘highly cited researchers’ of Clarivate Analytics.
Every year in autumn, Clarivate Analytics publishes a ‘highly cited researchers’ list recognizing pioneers in their field. This list contains researchers who have demonstrated significant influence through the publication of multiple papers, highly cited by their peers, during the last decade (2009-2019). The 2020 list is now available.
In 2020, fewer than 6,400, or 0.1%, of all the world’s researchers have earned the distinction of being a globally highly cited researcher. Being part of this list represents a recognition of the exceptional influence in a research field, as demonstrated by multiple highly cited papers that rank in the top 1% by citations for field and year in Web of Science.
