The Gateway™ (Invitrogen) technology provides a rapid method for cloning a DNA fragment into multiple expression vectors, regardless of its sequence.
Using the Gateway format, we have constructed over 200 versatile vectors for functional gene analysis in Arabidopsis plants and other species. The plasmid accessions presented in these web pages comprise Gateway destination vectors, entry clones and intermediary plasmids for transgene construction. All plasmids are documented with a graphical map and the corresponding Vector NTI file.
