- Fixed this: since the last version, trying to simulate a network definition
  with an unterminated last statement, caused the program
  to fail showing an error.
- If there are no threshold lines shown in a component's plot,
  the maximum amount reached by the component is always shown now.
- When typing an illegal character in the network definition,
  an error is shown, and now the cursor is also sent to the
  place of the error.
- Replaced the standard Java application icon by a specific one for SIM-plex.
- In the Help dialog: the network definition example can now be selected,
  to be copied to the clipboard.
- Removed the visible resizing of the internal windows when the program starts up.

- Fixed the problem that the program would not start up on some systems.
- When you try to simulate but you made an error in the network definition, then
  (next to showing an error message) the cursor is also sent to the position of the error.

- The "fixedcomp" statement to make predefined profiles;
  also the "add" and "repeat" keywords.

  Comes in handy when you want to focus on a subset of components.
- When the "timepoints" statement requests a timepoint before the start time,
  the simulator now correctly reports an error.
