BiNGO is available as a platform-independent open-source Java application, released under the terms of the GPL. BiNGO can no longer be downloaded from this page. To obtain BiNGO, you must install Cytoscape 3.0 or higher (www.cytoscape.org) and install BiNGO using the Cytoscape App Manager (under the Apps menu). The source code of BiNGO is available at https://github.com/idekerlab/BiNGO
